Shoreline Church was founded in 1993 by Peter Cunningham, beginning its journey in a building on Argyle Road before later moving to its current campus on Mornington Road. From its early days, the church has been committed to serving its community in practical ways, launching the Green Pastures housing program in 1999 to support those in need. Out of these early efforts, the food bank was born—starting in basements and living rooms with a small group of volunteers, and growing over time into a dedicated operation involving dozens of people serving from its own building.
